What we are offering
An immersive, exclusive and relational journey to explore ways in which you can begin to unhook from habits of mind, to expand your perspective and range as a leader.
Why?
We all become stuck in patterns that often limit our perspective and capacity to act from a place of grounded wisdom and compassion, which in turn limits our impact in the world. This ‘stuckness’ is especially tricky territory when it comes to our sense of self, as it feels so baked in.
This experiential journey will explore how our identities are constructed, how this limits the way we perceive and act, and how we can widen our sense of self and the world we inhabit.
The 6-week journey: January – March 2025
- Enneagram and Leadership Maturity assessments
- 3x 1:1 online coaching sessions
- 4x online 2-hour group sessions
- A 5-day immersion at the beautiful 5-star Planet Xancara, West Coast, Western Cape 21-25 February 2025: A contemplative retreat on ancient San land to explore the essential qualities of being mindful – simple presence – including an organic sound journey, and periods of noble silence. It’s residential, in an exquisite, tented camp.

How?
The primary way of exploring and navigating our sense of self is with our minds. The art of knowing and developing our minds is like tuning a musical instrument. If we don’t do this regularly and with some guidance, the instrument still works, but the quality of sound it produces is degraded and often unpleasant.
The most available and immediate tool to tune the instrument of our mind is present moment awareness, or mindfulness. This essential quality accessible to all human beings allows us to see more clearly the mechanics of identification (how we form an identity), to see our blind spots and to provide the essential ingredients of insight and compassion, to begin to loosen constriction and see beyond the familiar into the landscape of the possible.
We will create a safe learning environment in which you will learn to explore embodied awareness through contemplative practices, the Enneagram and Maturity framework, high-frequency music and movement (including dancing if you wish), connection to nature and different states of consciousness.
